I know I can create relations by using the toolbar and dragging, but I'm trying to create a relation to a table in a different Model Subset. I could certainly add the parent to my Subset, create the relation and remove the parent again, but I wonder if there is another way.

Here is what I tried:

• Create a column in Child-table
• Right-Click "Relation" in "Model Objects" and select "New Relation"
• Select the "Parent" in "Property Browser"

I can not select a column though. I think that's the reason why the Status of the Relation is "Disabled", and I can not change this option.

What else can I do? Is the "New Relation" menu item useless at the moment?
