need an XSLT 2 processor. You can get one from Saxon:

http://saxon.sourceforge.net/#F9.1SA

Then run command line:

Transform.exe -s:"Model Report.xml" -xsl:"Model Report.xsl"

or from the ModelRight Reports Execute Shell Commands control:

\temp\saxon9\bin\Transform.exe -s:"%InstallDirReport Files\Model Report.xml" -xsl:"%InstallDirReport Files\Model Report.xsl"
"%InstallDirReport Files\index.html"

This worked great! But I would like to make another request. Now that the tables and diagrams are in different files, I would like only the Table of Contents to stay in the index.html. The headings at the bottom of index.html seem rather pointless. Could you modify the xsl file to get rid of them?
